Key Responsibilities
  • Provide various services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, to our customers.
  • Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, conducting walkthroughs, and making recommendations for additional services.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is clean and in working order.
  • Follow the Window Genie Way, our proven system for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Culture alignment and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work for extended periods with arms above your head.
  • Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, construction, painting, laborer, general labor, warehouse, or related fields.
  • Reliable transportation and a cell phone with data plan.
