About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trauma Outcomes Coordinator to join our team at University Health. This role is responsible for promoting optimal and efficient services across the continuum of trauma care, from pre-hospital to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the trauma quality program in improving patient safety and outcomes.
  • Maintain documented records of assigned trauma PI activities and ensure the security of the Trauma Outcomes database.
  • Obtain and analyze information to develop new or modify existing PI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in trauma performance improvement, including working with an ACS Verified trauma program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Provider.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
