Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $144,584 and $215,088, depending on licensure and experience. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer full-time Advanced Practice Providers:

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to provide healthcare services to patients both in the clinic and via telemedicine. As part of our team, you will adhere to established clinical practice principles and act as a medical consultant/advisor regarding the medical status of clients presenting for physical examinations.
Responsibilities- Review past medical history, family history, social history, and review of symptoms, perform physical examinations of various body systems, and determine capacity to safely perform specified job functions.
- Evaluate and manage common occupational musculoskeletal injuries, work-related injuries to the head, chest or abdomen, lacerations, foreign bodies to the eye, and other non-penetrating eye injuries or conditions.
- Diagnose problems, recommend over-the-counter medications, apply heat or cold, refer for home exercise training, prescribe medications and therapy, order and interpret radiographs, and apply ace bandages, braces, splints, and casts as appropriate.
- Treat non-displaced uncomplicated fractures, refer for specialized testing, and refer for specialty care as necessary.
- Master's degree and valid, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- FMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Current CPR certification.
- NRCME certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation; ability to build relationships with staff, patients, and clients.
