Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of various business development and grant management related tasks alongside members of the financial department.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to oversee Federal Railway Administration and Federal Transportation Administration grant compliance and associated requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related required, advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of grant analysis and management experience, with at least 5 years in the administration of Full Funding Grant Agreements (FFGA) for a large transit agency.
  • Prior experience with rail, tunnel, structural, station, or soil is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
