- Oversee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and managers.
- Control expenses, maintaining a lean and efficient operation that meets company standards.
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the district sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Competitive compensation package, including a weekly rate range of $1,125 - $1,175 per week, dependent on qualifications and experience.
