Financial Transaction Manager

Aston Carter is seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Manager to join their team in Blauvelt, NY. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the non-profit human services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately record all financial transactions, including donations, expenses, etc.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, process payments, and track receivables.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking the budget and reporting any variances.
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and non-profit accounting standards.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize expenses to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g., Fund-Ez) to manage financial data efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of AR/AP experience
