We are seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System.
About the Role:As an LPN Nurse, you will provide nursing care to assigned patient populations under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include organizing patient care, setting priorities, and assisting with the provision of patient care as established within the framework of Practice Acts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the collection of data from various sources to enhance clinical decisions about treatments and nursing interventions.
- Collect and report pertinent data to the Registered Nurse and other healthcare providers.
- Carry out therapeutic interventions established in the interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Provide patient and significant others with teaching and training from needs identified on admission and throughout the hospital stay.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions and teaching according to hospital standards.
- Current State LPN License
- Associates Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting
