As a patient-focused and rapidly growing company, we specialize in outpatient TMS Therapy for individuals suffering from Major Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and other behavioral issues.
Our team treats patients with a breakthrough, FDA-cleared medical device without medication and harmful side effects. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive form of brain stimulation that uses an MRI-type coil to improve neuronal connectivity and brain function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our Minnesota clinical team as Medical Director, overseeing healthcare services and supervising Licensed Clinical Providers across all Clinics in the State of Minnesota.
- Support and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Conduct new patient intake/evaluations, prescribe TMS Therapy and other treatments, and perform TMS cortical mappings.
- Oversee staff technicians who perform daily TMS treatments and see patients for follow-up sessions, occasionally for therapy and medication management.
- MD Degree with psychiatric specialty, licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, and board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
- Maintain current DEA license and have TMS experience, although not required.
- $250 per hour with additional bonus potential and flexible work schedule.
- $1500 per month per Clinic, beginning with two Clinics and expanding to 4-6 Clinics over the next 18 months.
- Full-time, Part-time, with a competitive hourly rate of $250.00.
