Job Summary
The Automotive Repair Specialist is responsible for servicing and repairing automobiles, trucks, and RVs while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. This role includes conducting Digital Vehicle Inspections and performing all tire, wheel, brake, and alignment services.

Extramiletireandservice is dedicated to providing maintenance-focused services to ensure our customers' vehicles are reliable and safe.

Additionally, the Automotive Repair Specialist is expected to maintain cleanliness in the service area, showroom, exterior premises, and storage spaces for tires and parts.

Desired Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management
- Proficient in using automotive tools such as impact guns, wrenches (standard/metric), screwdrivers, and oil filter tools

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull up to 60 pounds for a significant portion of the workday.

- Capability to lift/carry over 60 pounds and push/pull over 60 pounds for a portion of the workday.


Preferred Experience:
- Completion of automotive courses in high school or vocational training
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Certification from UTI, NASCAR, or ASE is advantageous

Compensation:
Annual salary of $45,000 - $100,000. This position is independently managed by a franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchise management. For inquiries regarding employment, please contact the franchise location directly.
