Your Duties Will Include:

  • Evaluating patient conditions and executing treatment plans, including assisting with admissions to the detox unit
  • Informing patients about their conditions, medications, and treatment strategies
  • Documenting nursing care through electronic health records, while implementing care under the supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor
  • Collaborating effectively with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Directors, and clinical staff to ensure optimal client care
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Work Schedule:

As per the facility's requirements, with a need for availability on weekends and holidays.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in Nursing is preferred
  • Current LPN license in the State of Ohio, with no restrictions
  • Previous experience in mental health and/or addiction care is highly desirable
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a collaborative spirit for the benefit of clients
