Position Summary
We are currently in search of an Outbound Sales Representative for our franchise location in Northern New Jersey. This role is pivotal in generating leads and establishing connections with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B outbound sales calls to identify and qualify prospective clients for our services.
- Research and identify businesses that could benefit from our facility management solutions.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to engage with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring accurate records of interactions and appointments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and lead generation metrics.
- Execute monthly email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Manage social media outreach to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the sales process.
Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
