Job Summary

Confluence Health is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health department, you will provide psychotherapy services to patients and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for clients, developing individualized treatment plans that meet departmental and funding source requirements.
  2. Provide ongoing individual, family, or group counseling, utilizing evidence-based approaches and documenting clinical activity according to departmental policies.
  3. Collaborate with primary care and specialty medical care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Participate in regular clinical supervision and adhere to departmental, agency, and funding source requirements.
  5. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, promoting a positive functioning department and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed at the Master's Associate level (LMHCA, LMFTA, LASWA, LSWAIC) in the State of Washington.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and access to a vehicle for off-site clinical services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-Master's experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.
