Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is essential
  • Assist attorneys in managing cases related to various disputes, including automobile accidents, construction issues, product liability, and workers' compensation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling hearings, organizing case files, and coordinating logistics
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and appellate filings
  • Organize and manage exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Possess strong typing skills
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Word is preferred
  • Experience with Worldox is a plus
