Talent Acquisition Strategist for Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources and recruiting for our law firm client.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional responsible for overseeing various HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, as well as managing a wide range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
- HR Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, compensation, and leave policies.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
- Participate in HR projects, such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience within a law firm/legal environment, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
$115-125k per year, based on experience.
