Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer or product requirements into comprehensive systems solutions, ensuring logical and systematic conversion.
  • Establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system trades and analysis, and flow down architecture and CONOPS into requirements and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consensus and understanding of solutions, leveraging excellent communication skills.
  • Utilize cutting-edge MBSE tools (Cameo) and processes to generate synergistic models, establishing linkages across verification artifacts and requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in one or more Systems Engineering functions, such as subsystem design or analysis, CONOPS development, system modeling or analysis, or requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with SysML/Cameo Magic Draw and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An active DoD Secret level clearance.
Desired Skills:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience working in the development phase of a Space or Missile development program, preferably for the US Government.
  • Systems engineering experience or relevant systems engineering training through a university or certificate program.
  • Design and test experience in a subsystem or discipline outside of Systems Engineering.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, synergetic team environment.
  • Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors.
Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance. As a US Citizen, you must be eligible for consideration.

Relocation and Work Schedule:

This role offers the possibility of relocation and a part-time remote work schedule. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
