Emerald Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to fill the role of Production Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining a safe working environment, and adhering to industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advocate and practice safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Participate in plant safety committee meetings and activities to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Operate paint making control systems, manufacturing equipment, and packaging machinery, including robotics, filling machines, case packers, and labelers.
  • Operate forklifts for material handling and assist in unloading dry and liquid materials.
  • Monitor product quality in manufacturing and packaging areas, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Report unsafe conditions using STOP or SMART cards and read and follow instructions in all areas of production, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
  • Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and clutter-free work environment.
  • Assist in training other General Production Operators as required and demonstrate flexibility to work different shifts to cover vacations, overtime, or call-ins.

**Requirements:**

  • Steel-toed boots are required, and expenses can be reimbursed.
  • Major tasks require physical ability and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
