**Requirements**

* 4-year college degree in Culinary Arts or related field

* Minimum of 4-5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant

* Extensive experience cooking in and leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant

* Formal culinary training and education is a plus

* Servsafe certified or Food Handler certification preferred

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on feet for at least 8 hours
