**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Ruth's Chris. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers
* Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that exceed customer expectations
**Requirements**
* 4-year college degree in Culinary Arts or related field
* Minimum of 4-5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
* Extensive experience cooking in and leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant
* Formal culinary training and education is a plus
* Servsafe certified or Food Handler certification preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on feet for at least 8 hours
