About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients. You will assess the home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing patient and caregiver education, as well as accurate and timely documentation.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary of $90,000-$120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, 401k, and on-going training and education opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of home environments to identify potential hazards and provide guidance on necessary modifications or equipment requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality patient and caregiver education to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems is crucial for success in this role.
