Job Overview

Marvin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in loading trucks that ship our premium windows to customers. This position requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Trucks: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks with precision and accuracy.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks on shipments to ensure quality accuracy based on established guidelines.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work with computers, ICIM program, and scanners to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, and lift/push/pull heavy objects.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong sense of self-motivation and ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure effective teamwork and operational efficiency.
