Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Service and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement procedures to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Fleet Management: Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement procedures to prevent accidents and ensure driver safety.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development to team members, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: Two to three years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to manufacturing and warehousing equipment. The position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to work in a variety of weather conditions.
