Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Server to join our team at Aztec Shops. As a Part Time Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and clear tables throughout the dining area
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, chairs, restrooms, and perimeter of building
  • Clean/sanitize, empty trash, and sweep the dining area
  • Helps manage Aztec Shops recycling program
  • May interact with dining customers through answering questions, concerns, etc.
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent required
  • Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Food Handler certificate from the County of San Diego preferred
Working Conditions

Work is regularly performed in a dining room area that frequently exposes employee to cleaning compounds and chemicals. May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
