About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Development Engineer to join our team at EV Group, Inc. in North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and develop process engineering efforts in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presents EVG technology to prospective customers, highlighting its capabilities and benefits.
  • Organizes and performs equipment and process demonstrations for and with prospective customers, showcasing the company's expertise.
  • Provides process support to customers (remotely and onsite), sales and service staff, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Organizes and performs contract services for and with customers, meeting their specific needs and expectations.
  • Creats technical reports, detailing project outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Travels domestically and internationally overnight, as needed, up to 50% of the time, maintaining a valid passport.
  • Operates EVG hired vehicles on company business, possessing a valid driver's license and having acceptable driving privileges.
Requirements
  • A four-year engineering degree, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Science and Engineering.
  • Up to two (2) years of process engineering experience, with a strong background in cleanroom operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively presenting information to factory employees and engineers.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office software.
  • Ability to work in cleanrooms, adhering to OSHA compliance standards.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
