Moreover, the Patient Access team ensures compliance with federal regulations, as well as standards set by JCAHO and the Department of Health. Effective communication is key, as representatives interact with patients, families, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and third-party payers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in Patient Access, hospital registration, medical office, billing/collections, or a similar customer service role.
