Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic Adult ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Manage airway, ventilation, and oxygenation therapies, as well as administer medications and perform diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Operate and maintain complex respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen concentrators
  • Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • Current IN license and certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in adult ICU settings, with a focus on critical care and respiratory management
  • Strong knowledge of respiratory care principles, including airway management, ventilation, and oxygenation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
