Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to work in our Adult ICU department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be certified in BLS, ACLS, and NBRC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, including airway management, medication administration, and ventilator management.
Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients in the Adult ICU department, including airway management, medication administration, and ventilator management.
- Conduct ABGs, 02 therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer, BiPAP, and CPAP as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care and treatment in the Cerner documentation system.
- Current IN license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NBRC.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a trauma, teaching hospital, or ER setting.
- Knowledge of bronchoscopes and Cerner documentation system.
- Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 equipment experience.
