Elementary Robotics Coach Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Elementary Robotics Coach to join our educational team at Plymouth Community School Corporation.

Job Summary:
  • Design and implement engaging robotics programs for elementary students, promoting STEM learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate robotics into the curriculum, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them develop problem-solving skills and confidence in their abilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in robotics education, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver hands-on activities and projects that promote STEM learning and robotics skills.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of robotics programs and curriculum, ensuring alignment with school and district goals.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in robotics and STEM education, with a focus on elementary-level instruction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Working Conditions:

As per the Master Contract.
