The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with a college degree strongly preferred. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, ITIL 4 Foundation, and CompTIA Security+, are also highly desirable.

The candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in security analysis, incident response, and risk mitigation, with experience providing customer support and working in a 24x7x365 Managed Services or SaaS organization.
