Training Program:
The Logistics Management Trainee program spans 9-12 months and focuses on three core components:
1. On-the-job learning to apply your knowledge immediately.
2. Structured foundational learning centered around logistics.

Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various customer locations, enhancing your understanding of different operations and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to ensure all processes meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team logistics.
- Monitor site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability.
- Engage with customers on all operational aspects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is required.
- One year of leadership experience through extracurricular activities is necessary.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
