  • Enhance cost efficiency through process optimization.
  • Promote and facilitate the adoption of Buildimpetus initiatives and technologies.
  • Oversee owner billings and project timelines from initiation to completion, ensuring targets for safety, budget, schedule, quality control, and client satisfaction are met.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project documents.
  • Implement action plans to meet defined objectives and KPIs, delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Interpret and enforce contractual agreements.
  • Lead subcontractor kickoff meetings and coordinate efforts among subcontractors for optimal performance.
  • Mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing project team.
  • Maintain brand standards throughout project execution.
  • Proactively manage the experiences of clients, employees, and subcontractors.

  • Actively participate in industry associations.
  • Pay attention to detail while steering project direction.
  • Ensure the effective use of enabling technologies and workflows.
  • Continuously monitor the financial health of projects.

  • Report on progress against established performance targets and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Over 6 years of experience in a construction environment.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster and support team morale.
  • Thorough understanding of construction forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
  • Capability to identify and resolve complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building processes and systems.
