About the RoleWe are a local property management company in Snohomish and King counties serving SFH residential homes, apartments, multi-family units, etc. (no commercial). Our ideal candidate will be responsible for taking care of the day-to-day management of properties under our control.

This includes enforcing rules, managing finances, maintaining common areas, communicating with homeowners/residents, managing board meetings, managing documents, compliance, risk reduction, and special projects as requested by the board.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that rules and regulations are followed and address violations
  • Collect dues and fees, track budgets, and generate financial reports
  • Oversee repairs and improvements, and coordinate regular maintenance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, answer questions, and address concerns
