Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team at CLEAR Property Management LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vacated apartments to identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
  • Perform repairs and replacements as needed, including but not limited to, replacing lights, windows, and appliances.
  • Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartments.
  • Make keys as necessary.
  • Check faucets, sink plugs, and repair or replace as needed.
  • Prep and paint all vacant units.
  • Repair or replace curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, and other fixtures.
  • Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs or replacements.
  • Change A/C filters.
  • Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
  • Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists in regard to make-ready.
  • Lend assistance during trash-out of apartment.
  • Replace vacancy lock on day lock is changed for new resident for move-in.
  • Assist in keeping grounds clean at all times.
  • Assist maintenance when requested.
  • Deliver notices to all apartments.
  • Report supply needs to Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
