Make Ready Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team at CLEAR Property Management LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vacated apartments to identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed, including but not limited to, replacing lights, windows, and appliances.
- Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartments.
- Make keys as necessary.
- Check faucets, sink plugs, and repair or replace as needed.
- Prep and paint all vacant units.
- Repair or replace curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, and other fixtures.
- Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs or replacements.
- Change A/C filters.
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists in regard to make-ready.
- Lend assistance during trash-out of apartment.
- Replace vacancy lock on day lock is changed for new resident for move-in.
- Assist in keeping grounds clean at all times.
- Assist maintenance when requested.
- Deliver notices to all apartments.
- Report supply needs to Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
