We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Duluth brand and product offerings to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and register transactions.

  • Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards to ensure a customer-ready sales floor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
