Position Overview:
As a Catering Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food at various scheduled events under the guidance of the catering captain. Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of all catering functions during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and set up all food and supplies for catered events at designated locations.
  • Monitor and log food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
  • Prepare tables and decorations in accordance with event standards.
  • Organize buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items as per guidelines.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the event location during and after the function.
  • Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.
  • Distribute and collect feedback from guests through comment cards.
  • Keep the catering facility and equipment stocked, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests at all times.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the complete menu and available products.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by state law.
