Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to national security objectives.
- Collaborate in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs and evaluating pricing strategies.
- Modify contracts with precision and proficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with government contracts.
- MUST HOLD ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
- Experience implementing DoD FAR/DFARs policies and regulations.
- Experience with government procurement and cost analysis.
- DoD experience desired.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year (flexible based on experience level).
