  • Develop and administer terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to national security objectives.
  • Collaborate in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs and evaluating pricing strategies.
  • Modify contracts with precision and proficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with government contracts.
  • MUST HOLD ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
  • Experience implementing DoD FAR/DFARs policies and regulations.
  • Experience with government procurement and cost analysis.
  • DoD experience desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
