We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Program Coordinator to oversee and supervise our group home in Revere, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have previous behavioral experience, human services experience, and supervisory experience. They will be responsible for participating in the development of ISP objectives, documenting consumer progress, and ensuring training and behavior program execution. The successful candidate will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
