Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with licensed electricians to execute repairs and replacements of residential electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with current national, state, and electrical codes.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
  • Assist in learning proper installation techniques and troubleshooting methods.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of electrical supplies and tools within the company vehicle.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and colleagues to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Guide and mentor less experienced apprentices as needed.
  • Embrace increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Keep job sites clean and organized.
  • Ensure the work truck is well-maintained and orderly.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of 75 or more hours of an accredited electrical program is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of residential electrical work experience is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of NEC code.
  • A desire to advance within the company.
  • Willingness to learn and enhance skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive and motivational attitude.
  • Possession of a smartphone and basic hand tools.
