About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, focusing on CRM products.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, fostering credible relationships with customers and sharing product expertise.
- Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on an as-needed basis, demonstrating a thorough command of all CRM products, related product knowledge, trends, and players.
- Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
- Offer additional backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- A minimum of 2 years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.
We offer a competitive salary range of $57,300.00 - $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary. Additionally, you'll have access to:
