Expert Speech Therapist for K-12 Students

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant.
Compensation PackageThis position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience working with students across K-12 to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language needs.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to create and review IEPs for students with communication disorders.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Consultation: Provide guidance and support to teachers and parents on strategies to support students' communication needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of student assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
