The Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Crisis Team Lead to join our team in Behavioral Crisis Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care monitoring and clinical support to our staff.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager of Crisis Services to provide administrative support as needed. You will also serve as a Crisis Assessment or Intervention Specialist, providing emergency behavioral health pre-screening, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and referral management to patients and their families.

You will assist the Manager of Crisis Services in clinical support and education to our Behavioral Crisis Center team. To succeed in this position, you will need a strong background in counseling, social work, or a related field, with a focus on crisis intervention and management.

This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week, including night shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays. The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis intervention and management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
