We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to lead our admissions team in the Laurels of Huber Heights & Laurels of West Carrollton locations.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an Admissions Director, you will be responsible for managing the facility's census by developing and maintaining positive relationships with hospitals, physician groups, community organizations, and insurers.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as a liaison between the facility and the outside community.
  2. Connect daily with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies, and healthcare agencies.
  3. Conduct facility tours for potential guests and families.
  4. Conduct admission screenings of potential guests; determine level of care, services required, equipment needs, and insurance coverage as needed.
  5. Welcome guest and family upon admission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, insurance, or commensurate education required.
  • Experience in managed care or insurance required.
