Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at JSN Networks. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and execute operational brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring that all restaurant standards and procedures are followed.
  • Support a respectful team environment by promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and drive profitability.
  • Ensure that all products are prepared according to brand standards and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  • Math and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
