Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Place Mt Pleasant. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving breakfast in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory and order breakfast supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
