Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and implement treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
- Specialized certifications, as needed.
- 1-3 years critical care experience required.
