Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on health and wellness.
- Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs, manage complex situations, and make informed decisions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise.
- Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families, and maintain a calm and respectful environment.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
- Specialized certifications, as needed.
