Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Vascular Access to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our team's mission to deliver safe, efficient, and personalized care.
Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve universal goals of safe, effective, and appropriate infusion therapy and vascular access
- Perform independent nursing interventions related to infusion therapy and vascular access using appropriate clinical reasoning, nursing judgment, and critical decision-making skills
- Primary response team for vascular access needs, including intraosseous insertions during rapid responses and codes
- Support and partner with staff nurses to provide exceptional patient care
- Current Massachusetts RN License required
- AD with 3-5 years experience or BSN degree in nursing required
- Knowledge of IV Therapy Nursing
- IV Therapy Nursing experience preferred
- Dedication to both bedside teaching and formal hospital education programs
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop and support unit-based quality improvement/research projects
