Job Summary:

The Inventory Management Professional is responsible for facilitating the inventory process for strong omnichannel sales, including lot organization, reconditioning process, photography, and delivery. This role ensures all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, triage new inventory as it enters the lot, works closely with reconditioning vendors, and oversees the efficiency of the process. The Inventory Management Professional maintains proper internal inventory controls and works with the fleet team to maintain target inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain proper lot organization to facilitate efficient processes
  • Oversee proper vehicle merchandising and create a visual factory
  • Photograph all eligible car sales vehicles and ensure proper upload of photos and appearance online
  • Work with the local team to have any vehicle defects corrected and support lot organization to develop a productive photo process
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered within time SLAs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Car Sales Experience, three years' experience in Car Sales
  • Valid Drivers' License
  • Capable of delivering support and results
  • Able to succeed in a global matrix organization
  • Goal oriented and able to identify and support business needs
