The Parking Service Coordinator delivers exceptional, courteous, and empathetic guest services.
Compensation: $20.61 per hour.
The listed pay represents the hourly wage for this role. Actual offers may differ based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must be capable of operating both standard and automatic vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct traffic flow efficiently
- Clearly communicate valet procedures, information, and directions to guests
- Address and respond to basic inquiries from customers and team members
- Monitor for unauthorized parking and promptly manage vehicles
- Engage with guests in a welcoming manner
- Assist guests with their belongings during loading and unloading
- Safeguard and manage guest keys
- Anticipate and communicate peak traffic times and parking lot concerns
- Identify the need for additional support during extended wait periods
- Accurately manage and distribute the tip pool
- Process and document various valet payments
- Precisely reconcile and report daily revenue
- Project currency and coin needs and reorder as necessary
- Safely operate, park, and retrieve all vehicles while adhering to traffic laws, facility policies, and pedestrian regulations
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended durations
- Maintain a clean work environment free of debris
