Room Attendant

Position Summary: The individual in this role is accountable for the cleanliness of guest accommodations and communal spaces within the hotel, ensuring adherence to our high standards to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Completion of high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation

Additional Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive room assignments from the housekeeping supervisor
• Execute cleaning tasks for guest rooms according to established protocols
• Follow proper procedures for entering guest rooms
• Inspect rooms for any damage to furniture or equipment
• Restock supplies on the cleaning cart at the end of each shift and return it to the designated storage area
• Maintain the cleanliness of the housekeeping cart and storage locations
• Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies in guest rooms to the engineering team
• Stay vigilant for potential hazards and prioritize safety
• Comply with Lost and Found policies
• Deliver top-notch service to guests to ensure a memorable stay
• Adhere to all safety protocols for guests and staff
• Immediately report any unusual incidents or requests to a supervisor
• Follow established key control procedures
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
