Maintenance Director

Sika Corporation, a global leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high performance, creating an inclusive environment, and developing team members to achieve our goals.

• Leadership and Development: Support talent development, motivate team members, and drive high performance.
• Performance Management: Execute performance discussions, role model development, and enable competencies in others.
• Safety and Compliance: Establish a safety culture, lead by example, and hold others to high safety standards.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure LEAN manufacturing tools are used to identify waste and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with operations to ensure vital coordination and communication of equipment repairs.

• Associate/Technical Degree in an industrial maintenance related field or 5+ years related industrial maintenance experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supervising/leading maintenance technicians.
• Ability to function independently, make decisions, and handle confidential information.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
