Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily warm-up procedures for digital x-ray equipment and DEXA scanner.
  • Guide and prepare patients to ensure they are positioned correctly for accurate imaging.
  • Operate and adjust radiologic equipment, ensuring the processing of digital radiographs.
  • Guarantee appropriate radiation protection for all involved during procedures to minimize exposure risks.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all radiologic tests performed.
  • Prepare and distribute digital radiographs along with interpretative reports to referring providers.
  • Assist healthcare providers in the interpretation and evaluation of imaging results.
  • Ensure the functionality of equipment through regular preventive maintenance.
  • Manage supply inventory by anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate of Science degree (AAS) in Radiologic Technology
  • Certification as a radiology technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current Arizona State License as a Radiology Technologist
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
